At Amerio’s Bar, we offer competitive pricing for all our services and products. Our pricing is tailored to each client’s specific needs and requirements, and we work closely with you to create a package that suits your budget. We offer a range of customisable bar packages, from our all-inclusive bar service, our pre-paid bar and our cash and card bar options.
To reserve the date of your event with us, we require a non-refundable booking fee of £100, this also covers barware, staff & travel. If you’re going with our Pre-Paid service, this fee would go towards your chosen Pre-Paid amount. For every event, we set a minimum spend of £1,000 or £10 per head, whichever is greater. If the minimum spend is not met, you will be required to pay the difference.
Our cash/card bar is the most popular service we offer. It comes complete with all the necessary equipment, glassware, staff and barware. We have curated a fantastic drinks menu, which covers a wide range of preferences, including draught lagers, ciders & ales together with spirits, wines & soft drinks together with our bespoke drink recipes.
At your event guests will have the opportunity to purchase their own drinks using either cash or card.
If you were looking to put some money behind the bar for your guests, we can run a partially Pre-Paid bar up to a set amount and once that is met, guests will then pay for their own drinks and a normal cash/card bar.
We can also run a fully, Pre Paid bar where drinks are free for the duration of the event. If you would like to consider one of these Pre-Paid options, we can work with you to build a bespoke package.

Come along and see huge traction engines, and smaller ones too! Vintage vehicles of all sorts, tractors, stationary engines, fairground organs and a host of bygone attractions. Note this is a three day event running from the 26th to 28th April.
5th May 2024
Come and join us for a day of celebration and fun for all the family. Fairground rides, pop-up shops, refreshments, ice cream, candy floss, street food, trades union stalls, and much more…! Just like every year, entrance is free – as a gift from the Ipswich and District Trades Union Council to the people of Ipswich in celebration of International Workers' Memorial Day.
